We handle the dirty work.
Cleaning glass properly is tedious, messy, and easy to keep putting off. Most people either live with a piece that has gone brown, or wreck it trying to fix that in a sink at midnight.
Rinse n' Rip takes it off your hands without asking you to mail something you care about to a stranger.
Why shops, not shipping
Every order goes through a smoke shop, both directions. That is on purpose. It is not a limitation we are working around.
You hand your piece to someone with an address and a reputation in your neighborhood. There is a real counter to go back to if something is wrong. And the shops that have carried this culture for years get paid for sending us work instead of getting cut out of it.
We have no interest in becoming a shipping label business. The shop is the point.
How we think about trust
Document first, clean second
Five photos before anything happens. If a piece already has a chip, a hairline crack or a glued joint, that is on the record before it leaves the counter. It protects you as much as us.
Say what we can and cannot do
Some buildup does not come off. Some glass is too fragile to work on safely. We would rather say so up front than hand you back something you are unhappy with, or worse, broken.
One chain of custody
Every handoff is logged with a time and a person. Shop intake, pickup, arrival, cleaning, inspection, return. You can see where your piece is without calling anyone.
Where we operate
We are building the network now. Shops get added as we can service them on a real route.
Currently serving our partner shop network. More shops added regularly.
The boring but important bit
We clean glass. We do not take possession of, test, weigh or handle any substance, and we ask that pieces are emptied before drop-off. We make no claims about health, safety or the legality of anything you do with your own property. That is between you and your state. You must be 21 or older to use this service.
