You drop it off.
We do the rest.
No shipping, no strangers at your door, no account to make. It all happens through a shop you already walk past, and every step is on the record.
- You
Walk it into a partner shop
Find a shop on the map and go during their normal hours. No appointment, no calling ahead, no account to make.
Empty it first. We clean glass and nothing else.
- You
Photograph it on your own phone
Scan the code at the register. Pick a service, put in a name and number, take five photos with your flash on.
Those photos are the record of what your piece looked like when you handed it over. They matter more than anything else on this page.
- Us
We collect it and clean it
We pick up from partner shops on a regular run. Back at the facility your piece gets checked against your photos, cleaned, then inspected again before it goes anywhere.
Most orders take 48 to 72 hours from the moment we collect them.
- You
Collect it from the same shop
It goes back where you left it. We message you when it lands, and you pick it up whenever suits you.
Pay at the counter when you collect, unless you already paid online.
Flash on. Two minutes.
It is the single most useful thing you can do for yourself, and it speeds your order up. Blurry photos are worth nothing if a question ever comes up.
The whole piece, front on
Straight on. Fill the frame.
The other side
Turn it around and shoot the back.
Close up on the details
Joints, downstem, bowl, percs. Whatever matters.
The base
Foot, bottom, and any maker marks.
Damage and extras
Any chips, cracks or repairs, plus anything attached.
Things people ask
How long does it take?
Usually 48 to 72 hours from when we collect it from the shop, not from when you drop it off. If we are collecting tomorrow, add a day.
Do I need an account?
No. A name and a phone number or email, and you get a tracking code. That is the whole thing.
My piece is already chipped. Is that a problem?
Tell us at drop-off and make sure it shows in your photos. We inspect everything again when it reaches us. If we think something is too fragile to clean safely, we stop and talk to you before doing anything.
Can you just ship it to me?
No. Every order goes through a partner shop both ways. That is what keeps the chain of custody intact, and it is the point of the whole setup.
How do I pay?
Most shops take it at the counter. Some also take card online while you submit. You will see the option if your shop has it turned on.
What if something breaks?
We document everything before and after. If a piece is damaged in our care we tell you straight away and work it out with you and the shop.
